Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. We issue a VAT invoice. You can provide the invoice details when placing your order.
Can I share the purchased products with other DJs?
No. The purchased materials are intended exclusively for the personal use of the buyer. Copying, sharing, publishing, or reselling them without the brand owner's consent is prohibited Imprezjada.
Are the products secured?
Our materials are provided in standard, easy-to-use formats. We do not implement cumbersome DRM protections to ensure user convenience.
What should I do if I have a download issue?
If you encounter any problems downloading, please contact our technical support. We are happy to help resolve any issues related to product access.
How quickly will I receive the purchased product?
All our digital products are available immediately after payment is processed. After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download the product.
Can I download the file more than once?
Yes. After purchase, you have access to your products in the customer panel and can download them again at any time.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Due to the digital nature of the products, once the purchase is made and access to the download file is granted, order cancellation is not possible.
In what format will I receive the product?
Products are delivered in popular digital formats such as PDF, MP3, WAV, or JPG, making them compatible with most DJ software and hardware.
Returns
Due to the digital nature of our products (e.g., DJ playlists, event scripts, materials for running events), which are available for immediate download after purchase, we do not offer the possibility of returns.
