§1 General provisions

  • The regulations define the rules for using the store, placing orders, payments, and product delivery.

  • Customer – a natural person or company making a purchase in the store.
  • Seller – the owner of the Imprezjada.pl store.
  • Product – goods or digital products (e.g., playlists, materials for DJs) offered in the store.
  • Store – the online service Imprezjada.pl.

§3 Types of products

 

  • The store offers digital products and materials for DJs.
  • Digital products are delivered in the form of downloadable files after payment is made.
  • Products are intended for the personal use of the buyer, unless the product description states otherwise.

§4 Placing an order

 

  • Orders can be placed 24 hours a day through the store's website.
  • To place an order, you need to:
    • select a product
    • add it to the cart
    • fill in the order details
    • choose a payment method
  • Placing an order means concluding a sales contract.

§5 Payments

 

  • Payments in the store are processed using online payment systems, includingAutopay.
  • After the payment is posted, the customer receives access to the purchased product.

§6 Delivery

 

  • Digital products are delivered automatically in the form of a downloadable file or online access.
  • Access to the product is usually provided immediately after the order is paid.

§7 Returns and complaints

 

  • According to the provisions of theConsumer Rights Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
  • In the case of digital products, the right of withdrawal may not apply after the product download has started if the customer consented to this during the purchase.
  • Complaints can be submitted via email.

§8 Copyright

 

  • All materials sold in the store are protected by copyright.
  • The buyer receives a license for personal use.
  • It is prohibited:
    • sharing
    • copying
    • reselling
    • publishing materials without the author's consent.

§9 Personal data

 

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions ofGDPR.

§10 Final provisions

 

  • The regulations may be updated.
  • In matters not regulated by the regulations, the provisions of Polish law apply.
